Having now given You enough advice if You thoroughly reflect upon it before I conclude I cannot help mentioning an event that has [[unclear]] very much afflicted Me it has pleased the All Wise Director of all things to put a period to the life of dear little Alfred, who certainly was as fine a Child as ever was seen; the Queen seems to feel it so strongly though indeed She calls Religion most sincerely to Her Assistance, that it adds to my distress, and indeed it behoves all Her Children so to conduct themselves that She may have that comfort which Her virtues deserve.
