Dear Daniell, Yours No: 28 has this moment reached me and I am glad [[underline]] mine [[/underline]] No: 25, 26, and 27 are safe arrived: the package is [[underline]] Linin [[/underline]] and I shall be anxious to receive Mrs: Oak's [[underline]] final [[/underline]] list: I approve altogether of the arrangements respecting the gardiner: I return the list of [[underline]] Seeds [[/underline]] approved and the [[underline]] other usual [[/underline]] papers signed: you will talk on the subject of a [[underline]] Nursey [[/underline]] with the [[underline]] new [[/underline]] gardener: I am concerned on the subject of the Glanders having made it's appearance: I hope it is stopped and shall most [[underline]] anxiously [[/underline]] expect your next letter: tell Coates his letter is satisfactory: but as some considerable time [[underline]] must [[/underline]] elapse [[underline]] before [[/underline]] any of the [[underline]] arable [[/underline]] land [[underline]] can [[/underline]] be laid down I shall probably be at Bushy
