herein before mentioned [[unclear]] persons their Heirs Extors and Admors respectively as her Majty her Extors or Admors [[symbol]] shall in and by such writing Nominate and Appoint upon such Trusts for the Benefit of her Majty her Extors Admors and Assigns are herein before declared concerning the same respectively Provided always and it is hereby Agreed and Declared that the said Sr. Spencer Compton Sr. Robt. Walpole and Sr. Robt. Eyre their Heirs Extors Admors and Assigns shall from time to time out of the said Annuity and the Profits of the Premisses respectively in the first Place be reimbursed all such reasonable Costs and Charges as they or any of them shall be put unto or expend in or about the Execution of the said respective Trusts or any of them And shall be only [[symbol]] answerable for such Monies as shall actually come to their hands by Virtue of these Presents and no more nor the one for the other of them Nor for the Acts Deeds Receipts or Disbursements of the other of them but only for his own Acts Deeds Receipts or Disbursements nor with or for the Loss of any Money which shall happen without his wilfull Default And Lastly her Majty is hereby Pleased to declare [[image]] assent unto and acceptance of the several Grants hereby maid of the said Annuity or Yearly Sum of £100,000 and of the said Mansion House Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premes [[symbol]] Parcell or reputed Parcell of the said Manor of Richmond ats West Sheen together with the Palace or Capital Messuage called Denmark House ats Somerset House ats Strond House in and by the said recited Indre bearing Date the 15th. day of December 1715 Granted to the said Sr. Spencer Compton Sr. Robert Walpole and Sr. Robert Eyre In Trust for her Majty. for such Estate and Interest aforesaid and confirmed by the said Act of Parliament first above mentioned in full Recompence Satisfaction and bar of all her Dower and or all her Right and Tille of Dower whatsoever In Witness &c.
