1. George II, King 2. Caroline, Queen Consort to George II 3. Sir Spencer Compton; Robert Walpole; Sir Robert Eyre Grant from 1 to 3 in trust for the natural life of 2 (in case of the death of 1) of an annuity of £100 000; all that Mansion House with appurtenances now or heretofore usually called the Lodge formerly in the tenure of John Latton, Esquire, situate lying and being within His Majesty's Park called Richmond Old Park in the county of Surrey. Together with all those parcels of woodland (named) within the said Park late in the tenure of Thomas Barnes and afterwards in the tenure or occuaption of the said John Latton, and all those parcels or pieces of land (named) within the said Park late in the tenure of Thomas Barnes, all that house and edifice with appurtenances and parcels of land (named) formerly in the tenure of Peter Thorne and afterwards in the possession of John, son of Peter Thorne. All of which premises are part of the manor of Richmond alias West Sheen, previously let to John Latton by William III and Mary II and surrendered to Anne; all those pieces or parcels of land (named) in the manor of Richmond previously granted to George II (when Prince of Wales) by George I (reciting previous grant of 27 April 1723); all that Palace or Capital Messuage, contents, and appurtenances called by the name of Denmark House alias Somerset House alias Strond House situate in or near the Strand and in or near the parish of St Mary at Strond in the county of Middlesex (reciting previous grant of 15 December 1715) Dated at Kensington ?Draft
