[[unclear]] Capital Messuage several goods belonging to his said late Majty. which were under the Care and Charge of Thomas Hutton Esq. Keeper of his Maj.'s Wardrobe there and were particularly Named and Specifyed in a Schedule Indented Signed by him the said Thos. Hutton whereof One part remained with himself and the other part remained in the Office of his Maj.'s Auditor of the County of Middex to be a Charge on the said Thomas Hutton and the Keeper of the said Wardrobe for the time being, and his said late Majty did in and by the same Indre further Give and Grant unto the said Sr. Spencer Compton Sr. Robt. Walpole and Sr. Robt. Eyre their Extors Admors and Assigns all and singular the said Goods Specifyed and particularly mentioned in the said Indented Schedule upon this Especial Trust and Confidence that the said Goods should from thenceforth be used and Enjoyed in and with the said Palace according to the uses Trusts and Estates therein before respectively limitted of and in the said Palace and afterwards in Trust for his said late Majesty his Heirs. and Successors as in and by the said in part recited Indre relation being there unto [unclear]] may (amongst other things) more fully appear Now this Indenture further witnesseth And his Majty for himself his Heirs and Successors do by these Presents Grant and Appoint and doth will Authorize and Command And the said Sr. Spencer Compton Sr. Robt. Walpole and Sr. Robt. Eyre for themselves severally and not Jointly and for their several and respective Heirs Extors and Admors Do Covenant promise and agree to and with her Majesty her Extors and Admors by these Presents That if they said Sr. Spencer Compton Sr. Robt. Walpole and Sr. Robt. Eyre or any of them shall happen to Dye during the Term of her Majesty's Natural Life or within one year after her Maj.'s Decease then and in every such Case the Survivors or Survivor of them the said Sr. Spencer Compton Sr. Robt. Walpole and Sr. Robt. Eyre and the Heirs Extors and Admors of such Survivor shall and will upon the Command or by the direction of her Majty her Extors or Admors respectively to be Signified to him or them in writing under the hand and Seal of her Majesty her Extors or Admors Convey and Assign the several and respective Estates and Interests hereby or by the said part recited Indre rested in them the said Sr. Spencer Compton Sr. Rovert Walpole and Sr. Robt.
