and grant unto the said Sr. Spencer Compton Sr. Robert Walpole and Sr. Robert Eyre by the names and Additions therein mentioned their Heirs and Assigns for Ever All that his said late Maj.'s Palace or Capital Messuage called by the Name of Denmark house ats Somerset house ats Strond House situate in or near the Strand and in or near the Strand and in or near the Parish of St. Mary at Strond in the county of Middex with its Rights Members & apparts [[symbol]] whatsoever and all and singular Houses Outhouses Stables Coachhouses Edifices Buildings Courts Yards [[symbol]] Gardens and Apparts [[symbol]] whatsoever to the said Palace or Capital Messuage and other Premisses or any of them belonging or appertaining or accepted reputed taken used or Enjoyed as part parcel or member thereof or any part thereof To hold the said Palace or Capital Messuage and other the Premes [[symbol]] hereby Granted with their and every of their Apparts [[symbol]] unto the said Sr. Spencer Compton Sr. Robert Walpole and Sr. Robert Eyre their Heirs and Assigns should permit and suffer her Majty and her Assigns to have Posess use and Enjoy the said Palace or Capital Messuage and Promes [[symbol]] last mentioned with their appurts during her natural life ^ [[addition]] to [[/addition]] and for her own benefit and behoof and from and after the Decease of her Majty as aforesaid Then the said Sr. Spencer Compton Sr. Rob. Walpole & Sr. Rob. Eyre their Extors Admors and Assigns should stand & be Possessed of the said Palace or Capital Messuage and Premes [[symbol]] least mentioned and every part thereof with their apparts In Trust for her Majty. her Extors Admors and Assigns for and during the said whole Year to commence and to take Effect immediately from and after the Decease of her Majty. which recited Grant of the said Palace or Premes last mentioned in and by the Act of Parliament first above mentioned is ratified and confirmed and Enacted to be good and Effectual in the Law in all things according to the Tenor and purport thereof in the said Indre Expressed And Whereas in and by the Indre last mentioned it is recited that there were then remaining in the said Palace 11
