Extors Admors and Assigns for and during her natural Life and for the Term of One Year after her Decease and shall and will upon the Command or by the Direction of her Majesty her Extors or Admors respectively to be Signified to luin [[unclear]] in writing under the Hand and Seal of her Majesty her Extors or Admors Convey and Assign the same to or to to the use of such [[image]] son or [[image]] sons as her Majesty her Extors or Admors shall in and by such writing Nominate and Appoint upon such Trusts for the Benefit of her Majesty her Extors Admors and Assigns as are herein before declared concerning the same And moreover his Majesty doth by these Presents for himself his Heirs and Successors Declare and Grant that these Presents or the Inrollment thereof and all the Powers Precepts Directions and Clauses in these Presents contained for the better and more certain Payment and Assurance of the said Annuity or Yearly Sum of £100,000 and for making all and every the said Dukes and Revenues which compose the Fund commonly called the Aggregate Fund lyable thereunto in such Order and Degree and with such Preference as aforesaid and for Granting and Conveying Settling and Assuring the said Mansion House and other the Premisses herein before Granted or mentioned to be Granted as aforesaid shall be good and effectual in the Law against his Majesty his Heirs and Successors as well in his and their Courts as elsewhere by Virtue of and according to the tenor and true meaning of the said Act of Parliament first above mentioned and of this Present Indenture notwithstanding any Restriction or other matter or thing contained in one Act of Parliament and made in the first Year of the Reign of his Majesty's late Royal Predecessor Queen Anne (Instituted An Act for the better Support of her Maj.'s household and the Honour and Dignity of the Crown) and any misrecited nonrecited Omission or other Defect in these Presents in any wise notwithstanding And Whereas his Maj.'s said late Royal Father in Pursuance of the Power Given unto him in and by an Act of Parliament made and passed in the first year of his Reign (Instituted an Act for Enabling his Majty to Settle a Revenue for Supporting the Dignity of her Royal Highness the Princess in Case she shall Survive His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales) was Graciously pleased by Indenture under the Great Seal of Great Britain bearing the date the 15th. day of December in the Year of Our Lord 1715 to give [[catchword]] and [[/catchword]]
