from and after the Decease of her Majesty To the use of the said Sr. Spencer Compton Sr. Robert Walpole and Sr. Robert Eyre their Executors Administrators and Assigns for the Term of One Year from her Maj.'s Decease upon this Trust and Confidence That they the said Sr. Spencer Compton Sr. Robert Walpole and Sr. Robert Eyre their Extors [[symbol]] Admors and Assigns shall stand and be Possessed of the said Mansion house Lands and Tenements and Hereditaments and all and singular the Premes [[symbol]] last mentioned with their and every of their Apparts [[symbol]] for the Sole Benefit and behoof of her Majesty her Extors Admors and Assigns for and during the said Term of One Year to commence and take effect immediately from and after the Decease of her Majty and from and after the End and Determination of the said Term of One Year Then to the Use and behoof of his Majesty his Heirs and Successors and his Majesty Doth hereby for himself his heirs and Successors [[symbol]] Declare and Grant and doth will Authorize and Command that as well the said Annuity or Yearly Sum of £100,000 as the said Mansion House and other the Premises hereby Vested in Trustees as aforesaid for the Benefit of her Majesty her Extors and Admors when and as the Trusts hereby limited to them therein shall respectively take Effect and during the respective Continuances thereof shall and may be received held and Enjoyed according to the Purport and true meaning of the Act first above mentioned and of these Presents And that his Majesty his Heirs and Successors upon Suit and in that behalf (if occasion shall require) will be graciously Pleased to make and Grant or cause to be made and Granted any further Grant or Grants Conveyance or Conveyances of the Premises or any of them or any part thereof or do any other Act of Acts in the Law for the further and better Settling and Assuring the same and the Receipt and Enjoyment thereof according to the true meaning of the same Act of Parliament and of these present as by the Council Learned in the Law of her Majesty her Extors [[symbol]] or Administrators shall be reasonably advised And further that all and every Person and Persons who now are or hereafter shall be Seized and Possessed of the Premisses Parcell or reputed Parcell of the said Manor of Richmond ats West Sheen or any part thereof In Trust for his Majesty his Heirs or Successors shall stand and be Seized and Possessed thereof from and after the Decease of his Majesty in Case her Majesty shall him Survive In Trust and for the Sole benefit of her Majesty her [[catchword]] Extors [[/catchword]] 9.
