the hands of her said late Majesty Queen Anne, And all those Peices or Parcells of Land called Keepers Close heretofore in the Tenure or Occupation of the said Thomas Barnes containing by Estimation Six Acres more or less Abutting upon the Lands formerly belonging to Sr. Richard Levett Knt. deced [[symbol]] on the West, upon a little way leading from Richmond to Kew and the Lands lately belonging to the Lady Capell on the East, upon other Lands which lately belonged to the said Lady Capell on the North, and upon the Lands called Barbadoes Close on the South and also all those Peices or Parcells of Land called the Broom Close ats Barbadoes Close, containing by Estimation twenty and seven acres more or less, abutting upon the said Sr. Richard Levet towards the North upon the said other Close called Virginia Close toward the South upon a Close called the Brickfield towards the West, and upon the said little way leading from Richmond to Kew toward the East, And also all that Piece of land called Brickclose containing by Estimation twelve Acres more or less Abutting upon the said Close called Barbadoes Close towards the East upon a Piece of Woodland and the River of Thames towards the West, upon the Lands which lately belonged to the said Sr. Richard Level on the North, and upon the said Woodlands towards the South which Premes [[symbol]] were parcell or reputed Parcell of the said Park called Richmond Old Park and are Parcell or reputed Parcell of the said Manor of Richmond ats West Sheen in the said County of Surry And also all that Peice of Meadow and Pasture now or late divided into two by Pales containing by Estimation Eighteen Acres more or less late in the Tenure or Occupation of John Jeffreys Esqr. lying and being near a certain Place called Sheen Wall Parcell or reputed Parcell of the said Manor or Richmond ats West Sheen which last mentioned Price did abutt upon the Highway leading from Richmond aforesaid to Sheen aforesaid towards the South and West upon the Garden which lately belonged to the said John Jeffreys diced [[symbol]] and the Close called Tayles Close toward the North and upon the said Close called Tryangle Close towards the [[catchword]] East [[/catchword]]
