late in the Tenure of the said Thomas Barnes and heretofore let to him by Edward Villers for a Term of Years now Expired called by the Names and containing by Estimation as follows Vizt. Brownes Close containing by Estimation twelve Acres, Frayles Close als le Flays twelve Acres and Tryangle Close Eighteen Acres, And also all that House and Edifice with the Barnes Stables Orchards Gardens and other Appeals [[symbol]] whatsoever to the same House now or late belonging or Appertaining and the several Parcells of Land with the same house Occupied or Enjoyed formerly in the Tenure of Peter Thorne and afterwards in the Possession of John the Son of the said Peter or his Assigns which Parcells of Land last mentioned were called or known by the Names and contained by Estimation as follows Vizt. Barne Close with the Yard there Eighteen acres, Banquetting Close Nine acres and an half, Thornes Close Seventeen Acres and an half, and another Close called the Tryangle Close Seventeen Acres Which Premisses last mentioned more also lett by the said Edward Villars to the said Peter Thorne for a Term of Years now expired together with the Rents Revenues Ways Passages Waters Watercourses Profits Commodities Advantages [[symbol]] [[symbol]] Emoluments and Hereditaments whatsoever to the said Premes [[symbol]] or any part or Parcell thereof in anywise belonging or Appertaining All and singular which Premes [[symbol]] were within the said Park: and are Parcell or reputed Parcell of the manor of Richmond ats West Sheen n the said County of Surry, which Manor is Parcell of the Possessions of the Crown of Great Britain in the said County All of which Premes [[symbol]] above mentioned were left to the said John Latton by Letters Patents of their late Majs. King William and Queen Mary bearing date at Westmr. the Eleventh day of October in the Sixth Year of their Reign from the making of the said Letters Patents for the Term of Thirty one Years thence next ensuing under the Yearly rent of 13s,, 4d, which Letters Patents and all the Estate and Interest by them granted were surrendered into [[catchword]] the [[/catchword]]
