Majesty and the Duty and Gratitude of his People and reflecting with the greatest Pleasure upon the Happiness- which these Kingdoms by the Blessing of Almighty God cannot fail to Enjoy by a long Succession of Princes derived from her Majesty and in consideration of the sincere and Perfect Love and Affection which his Majesty bears to her Majesty and by virtue of and pursuant to an Act of Parliament in this behalf made in the first year of the Reign of his said Majesty King George the Second (Entitled an Act for enabling his Majesty to Settle a Revenue for Supporting the Royal Dignity of the Queen in Case she shall survive his Majesty) Hath Given and Granted and Doth by these Presents for himself his Heirs and Successors of his Especial Grace certain Knowledge and meer Motion Give and Grant unto the said Sr. Spencer Compton Sr. Robert Walpole and Sr. Robert Eyre (being persons whom his Majesty hath thought fit and doth think fit to be named in this Indenture as Trustees in this behalf) and to their Heirs One Annuity or Yearly Rent or Sum of £100,000 of lawful Money of Great Britain which Annuity or Yearly Sum of £100,000 and every part there of shall commence and take Effect immediately from and after the Decease of his Majesty and continue from thenceforth for and during the Natural Life of her Majesty and shall be Paid and Payable at the four most usual Feasts or days of Payment in the year that is to say the Feast of St. Michael the Arch Angel the Birth of Our Lord Christ, the annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and the Nativity of St. John Baptist by even and Equal Portions The first Payment thereof to be made at such of the said Feast days as shall first and next happen after the Decease of his Majesty in Case her Majesty the Queen shall Survive him as aforesaid And his Majesty for himself his Heirs and Successors by Virtue of and Pursuant to the said Act of Parliament Doth by these Presents Grant and Appoint and Doth will authorize and Command That the said Yearly Sum of £100,000 shall be issuing out of and be Charged and chargeable upon all [[catchword]] and [[/catchword]]
