Description

William returns the enclosed in Daniell's last letter, together with a letter for Coates with ideas for the farm for the next season. He is not against the employment of Hipperson; he is shocked by the failure of Millington. He approves of Coates' actions and he wants from him some detailed account of the farm bill to have an idea of how much is due to the creditors - William confides in the present session of Parliament to help with his financial situation.
The Duchess [Adelaide] entered her 13th week of pregnancy and she is doing well.
