This Letter from the Duke of York to Lord Sidmouth, inclosed the following certificate of all His Majesty's Physicians in attendance at Windsor Castle on this melancholy occasion. [[underline]] Copy of The Certificate [[/underline]] Windsor Castle Janry 29th 1820 His Majesty expired without pain at 35 Minutes past Eight o'Clock this Evening signed Henry Halford M: Bailey Wm Heberden Robt Willis [[underline]] David Dundas. [[/underline]] General Carthwright Equerry to The King and at this time in waiting at Windsor Castle, was immediately sent off Express by H.R.H. The Duke of York with a Letter to The Prince Regent at Carlton House announcing the death of His Royal Father King George the 3d
