After I had wrote to The Earl of Liverpool inclosing to Him at the same time, my Correspondence with Lord Castlereagh, I consider'd that His Lordship might possibly not be so fully apprized of the circumstances which had induced Me to write to Him on the 10th Inst. as He ought to be ^ [[addition]] & [[/addition]] I decided to write again to His Lordship, in Explanation, & the following is a Copy of the second communication, which I now addressed to Him.
