[[underline]] Mr Cooper The Member for Glocester [[/underline]] remarked, that the Nation deeply sympathized in the State of its Afflicted Monarch, & hence had prepared every possible comfort & attention which were either necessary or convenient to a Beloved & Suffering Sovereign in his situation and that these were the effects of the gratitude of a loyal & affectionate People--Having Himself enjoy'd the benifit of His Majesty's good Government He owned He was far from indifferent to the good care of His sacred Person, during the Years of his continued Malady-- He added that He had attended to Lord Castlereagh's speech in the opening of the business & He thought He had gone too far in reducing the King's Establishment at Windsor He wished His Majesty might be surrounded, by his Old & Faithful Servants some of whom Had served Him above Forty years, and who ought now to be remember'd for their services, until His Majesty should ascend to a better kingdom.-- [[underline]] Mr: Canning The Member for Liverpool [[/underline]] animated in defence of the King's Private Property, which was blended in the general changes, which were now making in the Windsor Establishment, & the following Observations were reported from the Speech He made on this subject in the House of
