inform the, that one Sir John Granville a-- servant of the Kings had been sent over by his Majesty and was now at the door with a letter to the commons--The loudest acclemations were excited by this entillegence Granville was called in, and the letter read, without a contradictory vote, it was voted that the letter should immediately be Published--The Lords perceiving the spirit by which the Kingdom as well as the commons was animated hastened to reenstate themselves in their ancient authority and to take their share in the settlement of the nation-- The two Houses attended: while the King was proclaimed with great solemnity in Palace-- Yard, at White Hall, and at Temple--bar--
