long War was kindled with Denmark In the beginning of it his troops were successful but he was reduced at last to the greatest extrimity in Stockholm & retired to Dantzuk Having thus in the 10 Year of his reign quitted the Kingdom Christian Denmark was invited into Sweden and crowned in the Year 1458 His Government at first gave satisfaction but he loaded the people with Taxes and put many Lords most cruelly to death, haveing moreover sent the Archbishop of Upsal Prisoner into Denmark the People headed by Catel Bishope of Lincoperg took up Arms & forced him to quit the Kingdom--Upon the Arrival of Charles whom the Bishope had called to his Assestance
