Windsor Novbr 1794. [[note]] Monday 10th [[/note]] The Kg received this Morning a letter from the Duke of Brunsvic, declining the offer of taking the Command upon him. The Kg said Lrd Malmsbury gave a painfull account of the French Democraticall Principles having got the Upperhand in Germany. The P. Wales Regiment Marched in to Day & came upon Duty here in the room of the 15 Light Dragoons which Marched out by 3. o Clock.
