Windsor October. 1794 [[note]] Sunday 12th [[/note]] This Morning the Kg brought me a Letter from Mr Pitt which he had just received stating That as the Present Times were very pressing, & every Effort Necessary to pursue the War with Vigor, The Ministers [[deletion]] were [[/deletion]] Unanimously wished Him to represent that as The Emperor having refused Lrd Cornwallis as Commander in Chief.
