Windsor Septbr 1794. [[note]] Tuesday 30th [[/note]] To Day it was strongly reported & put in all the Newspapers that Tallien had proclaimed Louis 17th Kg of France. but Government hath not received any Confirmation upon the Subject. Ldy Cathcart was sent for to Town on account of Miss Cathcart being taken dangerously ill.
