Windsor Septbr 1794 [[note]] Munday 29 [[/note]] To Day we received the News of a Plot being discovered against the Life, which was to have been affected by a Poisoned Arrow. The People taken up are 4. Namely, Upton, Smith, Le Maitre a French Man. & Higgins. one of them turned Kgs Evidence and discovered the Plot. They had undergone a long Examination on the Sunday and it is suspected that many others are Concerned in it. The P.W. left us this Evening before Supper. Ldy Frances Howard was sent for to Stoke on account of Sr George Howard being taken extreamly ill.
