Windsor July 1794. [[note]] Friday 18th. [[/note]] at Breakfast we saw Mr Best & Captain Osney a Hanoverian officer. with a Gold Sword which the Kg gives as a present to Grl Hamerstein for His valiant behaviour & also a Gold Snuffbox for Grl Gunn. after Breakfast we saw old Dr Willis, then drove in the open Chaise to Richmond Garden. but were obliged to return soon on account of the rain. The Kg then saw Baron Alversleven, then wrote several Letters & by 1/2 past 12 we left Kew & arrived here by [[deletion]] 1/2 p [[/deletion]] 3. I found Amelia not well. at 4 we went to the Castle. at 7 the Kg walked with the Princesses & myself & Ldy Courtown went to see Amelia, [[deletion]] at [[/deletion]] the P. of W.
