[[deletion]] who [[/deletion]] The latter remains Secretary for the Indian affairs. Lrd Fizwilliam kissed Hands as President of the Council in the room of late Lrd Camden. Lrd Spencer was made Privy Councillor. Mr Windham as Secretary at War in the room of Sr George Young who is to be Master of the Mint.
