Windsor June 1794. [[note]] Wednesday 11th [[/note]] This Morning The Kg having received the News of Lrd Howe's Naval Victory at Sea we all went to Early Prayers. After Breakfast the Kg went to London, & we all staid at Home, Ldy Harcourt went to the Inn to see Mrs Boyer, to acquaint Her of the Admirals being wounded. when She returned I saw Lrd Bulkley & spent all the rest of the Morning in reading & writing. at 4 the Duke of Clarence came we went to Dinner. After Coffe we read & worked till 7. then we walked in the Court till the Kg came back which was by 1/2 past 7. then went to the Terras where we met Lrd & Ldy Cardigan who were just arrived & Lrd & Ldy Courtown. at 1/4 past 8 we came home & found Lrd & Ldy Bulkley arrived. we drank Tea & sat down to Cards by 1/2 past 9.
