London May 1794. Five of this Comittee to be a Quorum with Power to adjourn from Time to Time, & place to place notwithstanding any adjournment of the House. Early this Morning was taken [[deletion]] up [[/deletion]] into Custody Mr Joice Tutor to Lrd Mahon for Treasonable & Seditious Practices against His Majesty's Government. This Man was lately appointed Secretary to a meeting intended to be called the British Convention His Papers were also seized. The Kg received the News from Flanders of the Duke of York's Army having been attacked by the French on the 10th & having been repulsed by Him with great Advantage.
