Windsor. January 1794 [[note]] 14th [[/note]] several Persons have been arrested by order of the Regent, & that the People suspected were chiefly those Protected by the last Kg. The Kg received this Afternoon Letters from the Duke of York but no News excepting that General Harcourt had left Flanders to come to England. London [[note]] 15th [[/note]] To Day the account came of the Death of Dr Hinchleaf Bishop of Peterborough & Dean of Durham which happened on the 11th instant. This day the Kg received an Official account from Lrd Hood by Sr Sidney Smith Captain of the Navy of the Evacuation of Toulon [[deletion]] on the [[/deletion]] by the Combined Armies. on the 18th of December 1793, after having burned 10 French Ships of the Line, & Burning their Arsenal, Mast House & all other Store Houses. & part of the Town of Toulon in which Sr Sidney Smith distinguished himself very greatly, every Man
