Windsor. January.1794 [[note]] Thursday 9th [[/note]] Lrd Harcourt & Mr Price went to P. Augustus at the Castle to Draw the twelth Cake; Ldy Elgin staid with me & Monsieur Guiffardiere read to me till 8. when the Kg came & Music begun, The Company returned from the Castle by ½ past 8. then we played, Lrd Walsingham Ldys Courtown & Cathcart were of the Cake Party. at 11 we went to Supper & at 12 we retired. [[note]] Friday 10th [[/note]] We Breakfasted at 9. the Kg & Adolphus went on Horseback. Myself Princess Augusta & Elyzabeth, Lrd & Ldy Harcourt Mr Price & Ldy Caroline Waldegrave walked to Frogmore. Lrd & Ldy Courtown met us there we returned by one when I dressed, afterwards I employed myself in reading till 4, then we went to Dinner, after Coffe we went Upstairs & workd till 8 Mr Guiffardiere read, the Kg came & Music begun we drank Tea & played at Cards, Lrds Walsingham & Courtown, & Ldys Cathcart & Courtown were of the Party. we went to Supper at 11 & retired about 12.
