Windsor January 1794. [[note]] Tuesday 7th [[/note]] The Kg received an account of the Duke of Brunswic & Grl Wurmset having beat the French on the 29th Decbr repassed the Rhine, killed 6,000. of them taken 24 Pieces of Cannon, & all their Amunition, & that the Duke of Brunswic had rebegun the Siege of Landau. Princess Sophia of Glocester remains here for some Days also Lrd & Lady Harecourt. Mr Villers staid here to Day, also ldy Frances Bruce. Augustus is still confined to His room. Lrd Cathcart arrived this Morning early from Cows saw the Kg imediately, & returned again at 9. this Evening.
