[[underline]] Friday Febry. 13th: [[/underline]] The King had but an Indifferent Night, & 4 hours sleep. This Morning before He was up He was a little Angry, but this Brush subsided - I do not understand from The Physicians who have seen Him this Morning that He was now so well as He was reported to be yesterday - Dr: Reynolds told Me that on his first going in that H.My's. questions & conversation were well Enough but that before He left Him, He had got to Winder topics, delusions, & phantoms & that He was not quite so well. Dr: Willis had not been so well satisfied also, and He had given Him two Grains of Emetic Tarther, a medicine on whose Efficacy there is at present much dependence, & which it is thought has latterly done the King much good, & to be very quieting - This medicine is now given to Him in small doses not unfrequently, when symptoms of irritability appear. Doctor Willis was not much inclined that The King should walk this day, but His anxiety to go out prevailed over the Doctors scruples, & He went to Richmond Gardens - Lord Onslow came this morning to make his Enquiries at Kew. I found He had adopted the general Term of [[underline]] his [[/underline]] Friends viz [[underline]] that Even Dr. Warren allowed H:My. to be better now. [[/underline]] I told Him that Dr. Warren, as well as the rest of The Physicians were allowed but a very short time every day to see The King, & consequently they must form their opinion & their report from the symptoms they then
