Cards with The Queen as usual succeeded - and afterwards singing by the King, & Princesses [[underline]] &c [[/underline]] was introduced in harmony, too [[underline]] unceremonious. [[/underline]] There seemed to be too much I worry this Evening in his conversation, & singing & loud laughing were too prominent features throughout this Visit. Notwithstanding all this, Dr. Willis at this moment talks much of the great amendment in the King's health & He has very lately added, [[underline]] that this is a kind of disorder from which He does not fear a Relapse. [[/underline]] He best knows the sources of such comfortable Expectations, For My part I try hard, & often to cherish hopes - & to confirm these, I have at times writed I could hear, that H.My. had marked a consciousness of his Situation - Tho' He has occasionally mentioned somewhat alluding to it, yet He has not sufficiently felt its impressions, to awake Him to proper recollections on Himself - Such recollection in my Apprehension must be a leading step to confirmed Amendment - This day Doctor Willis wrote a Letter to The Prince of Wales, which He deliver'd to Me & I forwarded it by The Groom, dispatched to Town with the day's Bulletin - [[underline]] Tuesday Febry. 10th [[/underline]] The Bulletin of this Morning has been by much the most favorable of any which has yet been sent from hence - It announced that yesterday had been passed with composure
