[[/underline]] This ^ [[addition]] last [[/addition]] night the King slept 7 hours, & He awoke quiet & composed. Dr. Willis & Dr. Gisborne saw Him in the morning & found Him good humouredly deranged. From Observation long continued unhappily, on [[underline]] this melancholy case [[/underline]], I am now thoroughly convinced, that the great point on which the best opinion of its real circumstances can be formed, is by attending [[underline]] to the state of the mind only, [[/underline]] & not as many have hitherto done, by calculations from [[underlined]] composed [[/underline]] or [[underline]] turbulent days.
