some Patients from Doctor Munro, who some years after they had been dismissed from his care, had returns of their malady, & came under his directions. With these He had no trouble at all, as they fell into his proceedings immediately, having been already [[underline]] "broke in, as Horses in a menage" [[/underline]] as his Expression was-- [[underline]] Saturday Janry. 24th [[/underline]] The Bulletin of this morning announced that the King had passed yesterday quietly, that He had 4 hours sleep in the night & that He was not quiet this morning-- Before Dr. Warren went away He came into the Library where at that time was Dr. John Willis & myself. He asked Dr. John Willis of the Queen had ordered that the King should have no prayer book. That He had told Him so, & that He wished to have one. Dr. John Willis replied that He knew of no such thing, & that He had his prayer book in the room with Him. By this Dr. Warren found that there was nothing more in this, than conversation, but He added that H. My. had been arranging a Regency preparatory to his going to Hanover. Soon after this Lady Charlotte Finch came to the Library Door to get ^ [[addition]] a sight [[/addition]] of the morning Bulletin from General Lascelles, & which at this time I was dispatching for St. James's. Lady Charlotte Finch was introduced into the Library where She received & read the Bulletin. On perusing it She remarked that it mentioned that [[underline]] The King was not quiet & that Doctor Willis had said that He was. [[/underline]]
