Pepys both of whom were at this time present said that this was Exactly what they wished & that Her Majestys commands should be punctually & cheerfully obey'd, & Dr. Warren took this opportunity of repeating that the Prince of Wales had already expressed to Him his Wish not to have any thing mentioned in his bulletin alluding to the means used, but only to report such as they chose to send Him of the true state of The King's health. Things being thus settled the Morning Bulletin was wrote, & a separate one intended for the Prince of Wales, was sent up for the Queens inspection. Before the Physicians separated The Chancellor arrived about 11 oClock - He staid until 2 oClock. During that time He saw the Queen, & Dr. Warren & Doctor Willis. I know not if before the Chancellor's return He was told of the Kings increasing turbulence - which about 12 oClock had become so great that He was put under coercion & confined on his Couch & this was not Effected without much difficulty as He resisted Violently -- He remained under coercion until 5 oClock when He was released from it -- H. Mys. Voice has been very hoarse this day - This Evening He was put to bed Early, & at 8 oClock his blisters were dressed. He continued at this time greatly disordered but He was confined to his Bed -- His legs appeared not so well, By throwing Them about a good deal lately He had hurt the Blisters
