Majesty wished Me joy in a most gracious manner on My Waiting having concluded, & (as She was pleased to add) performd so much to Every Body's satisfaction -- His Majesty took leave of Me by saying,That [[underline]] He was very sorry My Waiting was over [[/underline]] . -- At parting I must say a something for Myself - With truth I now own, that I have experienced so much condescension and marked kindness from [[underline]] The King, The Queen [[/underline]] and all [[underline]] the Royal Family [[/underline]], throughout this My [[underline]] first [[/underline]] Waiting as Equerry to His Majesty, as to have rendered this, the happiest Month off My Life -- It remains to Me but to hope, for fresh opportunities of marking my grateful recollections, by Every strict Attention to my future Duties as [[underline]] Equerry to His Majesty, [[/underline]] & connecting it, with unvaried respect to
