After breakfast His Majesty set out from The Queen's Lodge before 10' oClock, to attend his Levee at St. James's -- General Budé recruited now from his Alert of Yesterday, proposed to Colonel Digby & Myself a moderate ride -- He paid a Visit to General Johnstone one of His Majesty's Equerries, who lived about five Miles from Windsor -- Colonel Digby & I conducted Him to his House, where We left Him; We continued our Ride to greater Extent, & after a very pleasant ride through the Forest, We returned to Windsor.
