To the Qs Council - Sept: 17. 1811. We have obey'd the orders of H.Ms Council by sending a statement of the King's present symptoms for the use of the consulting Phys. previous to their meeting for a conference - & we take the liberty of suggesting that Sunday next at 2 oclock at Sir H: Hs: Curzon St would be a convenient time & place for holding the consultation. We forbear to make any remark on Dr Heb: letter to the ABp of C: on this occasion further than by stating, that we are still astonish'd that the present moment should have been chosen as that in which a consultation with the Extr: Phys. wd. be most useful - a moment wh. whatever little can be done by management (as it is call'd) is clear and obvious, & wch must necessarily be suggested with so much more ease by the common man and observation of the Phys: who have been so long in attendance upon H:M. than even by consummate Wisdom in the consulting Phys: who have not had such advantages.
