Sir, We have receiv'd the commands of the Queen's Council to hold a further consultation with you on the case submitted to you on the 4th of August; and we send you in the mean time what we believe to be an accurate representation of the Patient's present condition, in order to enable you to form a judgement upon it - and to answer certain questions which Dr Heberden is desirous of proposing to you.
