Battalions of Gloucester Militia--(We seemed to be over come with this), when he had recovered he said--he should buy Dudley Castle, --Lord Rivers asked a great deal too much for it-- he had agreed to give £100000--for it, and should pay for it by instalments of £20000-- that the money was all ready, as it had been laid by for some time for that purpose. Dr N: then attempted to read the account of Mr Dudley Balloon. as soon as it was mentioned, His Majesty said that is the Man who makes money by going up in a balloon for [[unclear]]-- Dr. N: said he had lately gone up in one from [[unclear]]. The King then asked Dr N: if he had heard of this shocking accident which happened yesterday--that the Prince of Wales, with Lord Moira--Ld. Grenville, Ld. Stafford & Ld. Grey had gone on board of a frigate to go to France, where there is no religion, & [[catchword]] the [[/catchword]]
