To begin I must say (& I hope You will not think me impertinent) that the Queen is delighted with Your letter to Augusta which has comforted him in every sense, so much so, that tho she has begged Dr Baillie not to mention it, should He see any of the Council She shewed it to Him & He was equally pleased - I shall not say to Augusta I have mentioned Your letter to You, but not knowing whether She will write by three oClock, it struck me it might be pleasant to You know how well Your good natured attention has answered - He might thank God was good
