As far as this morning goes, You shall have, the night has been good & [[underline]] quiet, [[/underline]] six hours sleep & [[underline]] no attempt a Bedmaking, [[/underline]] so that seems good, & early this morning there was little or no hurry, how the visits of the Physicians have gone off I know not, for none are come up as yet, but I shall have this open till the last minute in hopes of hearing -- You kindly said You would write but pray dont worry yourself about it, for believe me my whole wish is to be [[underline]] useful [[/underline]] & a [[underline]] plague & torment [[/underline]] to nobody, therefore if You do not write believe me [[underline]] I [[/underline]] shall not take it [[underline]] ill [[/underline]] & if my poor accounts, can be of the smallest use to you, my [[underline]] intention is satisfied, [[/underline]] & this would not be written, if it was not the language of truth; so seeing a day was never seen for the sake of the Hay I wish it to clear, besides my first grand wish of the dear Kings not losing his walk tho for myself a quiet morning is a [[underline]] treasure [[/underline]] not to be told -- for You
