Jan 18. Saturday - Bulln. for tomorrow - H:M: has had a considerable increase of His disorder, within ye last week. [[underline]] To the Q.C. [[/underline]] The K: has talked with more or less effort incessantly since our report was made yesterday - H:M: took a medicine in the forenoon the object of wch was to controul the extra: irritation & excitement under wch His frame was suffering; & repeated it at 8 oclock in the evening. But H:M: has not slept an instant & discovers all those symptoms at this moment, both in the confus'd & lost state of His mind, & the agitated & disordered condition of His body wch we have observed only under great accessions of His distemper HH. We are persuaded it must be satisfactory to the Q.C. to know that the K: fell asleep about 5 oclock, & has continued to sleep ever since. signed as above.
