Jany: 7. Tuesday. P.62. - H:M: pass'd ye whole of yesterday in a tranquil manner - but very much engag'd with imaginary objects. He slept altogether about 4 hours in ye course of the day. In the night H:M: slept less than one hour, & was a good deal occupied with talking in a manner similar to what had been observ'd in the day. This morning H:M: recd us kindly, & enter'd into conversation as well as has been usual for the last few weeks; & as has been usual not without some reference to His distempered notions. W.H. W. Heberden R. Willis D. Dundas.
