[[/underline]] That character of mildness wch has been observable within the last few days in contrast with the irritability of last week still remains, & H:M: continues to talk good humourdly & to find amusement in His music, tho His malady manifests itself by the same irrational notions, & by the same distemper'd view of things. The K: slept 2 hours yesterday evening before He went to bed, & has slept 2 3/4 hours in the course of the night. H:Ms: manner was gracious at our visit this morning, & His conversation in great part good, tho' we did not want proofs during our stay in the King's chamber of the unhappy state of H:Ms: mind. HH.
