At our usual visit this morning H: M: divulg'd many of His distemper'd opinions - but was perfectly good humour'd, & not only bore to be set right on some points on which He was wrong, but recd: one recommendation to Him to take James' powder cheerfully - H:M: has taken the dose - & has Himself propos'd to continue in bed - in case a repetition of the medicine be necessary.
