Dec. 17. - Tuesday. P. 76 - To the Q. C: H:M: pass'd a very indifferent day yesterday - He was talking a good deal, & in a manner that was always mark'd by disorder, & frequently indelicate - H:M. had no sleep in the day, & slept only one hour during the night. He talk'd frequently, but was not turbulent - This morning H:M: talk'd to us for a considerable time in very good humour & with hardly anything that can be specified as wrong - excepting that the manner of H:Ms. conversation was exceedingly undignified.
