Tongue clear - Bulln: for tomorrow - H:M: continues nearly in the same state - To the Queens Council - Yesterday was a day throughout of so much irritation, & H:Ms. conversation with imaginary company had been so incessant, so loud & angry, that we had but little expectation that H:M: wd sleep when He retired to bed.
