Nov: 27. Wednesday. P.80. To the Queen's Council. H:M: pass'd the last day with less irritation than the day preceding - but we are sorry to add without any disminution of His disorder. Throughout the day, the K: seem'd to be occupied with Persons & things wch had no existence but in His own imagination. H:M: heard Dr J.W. wn he address'd Him in the course of the day, but not without irritation. This morning H:M: at first spoke to us kindly -- but soon became extremely angry, & used every sort of extravagant denunciation against Dr Willis, towards whom alone His anger was directed especially wn He rejected the King's wild fancies. H:M: slept little more than 2 hours last night, but was generally quiet. WH. W. Heberden J. Willis R. Willis David Dundas
