Nov: 19. Tuesday. P.86. clear Tongue -- To the Queen's Council. H:M: yesterday was generally quiet, but this state was interrupted occasionally by fits of passion. H:M: amused Himself sometimes with His harpsichord, & sometimes with imaginary company. In the night the K. slept 3 hours & a half, & tho' He talk'd a good deal it was without turbulance. This morning H:M: display'd no anger, but was altogether more confused & more actively occupied with false ideas, than usual, & that without the inter position of what was real or reasonable. Dr John Willis arrived at Windsor yesterday evening. (Signd) W. Haberden R. Willis [[underline]] David Dundas [[/underline]]
