Nov. 3rd Sunday. P.72. Tongue moist & clean. To the Queens Council. H:M: pass'd yesterday upon the whole quietly - but with one or two bursts of passion wch seem'd altogether to be unprovoked. His dinner was taken with the same quietness as for some days past - but it was preceded by the usual ceremony. In the afternoon H:M: slept for nearly 4 hours, & awoke in a Paroxysm of anger for wch no cause could be assign'd. H:M: went to bed without reluctance about 9 oclock, but at that time mention'd several of His distemper'd notions. H:M: slept last night about 3 hours - & wn He awoke He was less turbulent than usual. At 5 in the morning He became intractable, and made the usual attempts to throw off the clothes, so that Restraint became for a short time necessary.
