Oct: 17: - 1811. H.M. Pulse 74 To the Prince-Regent. a copy. [[underline]] Sir [[/underline]] I found on my return last night from Colleagues that the K: had been more irritable, than usual for the last two days - so that H:M: took his meals wth less regularity than He has been accustom'd to do - each day. H:M: went to bed, however, by his own desire at an early hour, & was undress'd without resistance - but the K: did not fall asleep till 12 oclock, nor has the measure of His sleep exceeded three hours & a quarter in the course of the whole night - but no Restraint has been necessary, & H:M:s reception of the Phys: this morning has been mild and in perfect good humour - but His fancy appear'd in its fullest force, & H:M:s notions were as extravagant and unnatural as ever. The K: has complain'd of noises [[underline]] made by the people of His imagination [[/underline]] to your R.H. till Sunday.
